Hey there, you Superior Scribbler, you! First of all, I'm not "spamming" you; I promise! Second of all, I'd like to introduce myself: I'm Melissa B., The Scholastic Scribe, & I'm the "Original" Superior Scribbler! Third thing on my mind: I've been nominated for a pretty prestigious blog award; I'd greatly appreciate your vote, so if you click on over to my place, you'll see the info. It's an annual award from EduBlog, and I'm up for Best Individual Blog. And 4th thing on today's agenda: I've got a cute "contest," of sorts, going on at my place every Sunday. Please come by this Sunday for the Silly Sunday Sweepstakes. And, thanks for your support!

A dreadful dilemma, isn't it, Ben? The solution — which I have down to a fine art — is to carry a snooker cue and, if you're feeling truly adventurous, a white ball.

Then when you think you're approaching your stop, hit the red button two seats in front of you. Do it fast enough and no one will have time to realise it was you, they'll think it was the person two seats ahead; and if anyone does say anything you can wave the snooker cue at them menacingly. They'll soon back off, even the yobs down the back.

Carrying the white ball gives you more options as you can pretend you're actually in a snooker hall and the red buttons are red balls: you can ping one much further away; get the angle right and you can ricochet the ball to hit several. Be prepared for a bit of a scramble to retrieve your white ball, though.

Hoping this helps,

Your friend,

Phil

PS: Gerard needs to get himself platforms, or maybe you could fit him with ram's horns for when he's on the bus...

Thank you. But I am but a robot, exploring the blogosphere. The real me is hard at work writing his own blogs. He sends me out as his humble servant, an automaton, happy to take whatever flak the blogosphere hurls forth, leaving a trail of IP addresses for you to track; and may I say what a pleasure it has been on this occasion...
